Information disclosure and accountability

In the third session of NGO Treasurers’ Club Dialogue Series themed “Information disclosure and accountability”, Mr Arthur Chan and Mr Vincent Lai, core team members of “CPA for NGO” social responsibility programme of The Hong Kong Institute of CPAs (HKICPA) shared areas organizations may consider when disclosing financial information and elaborated the major requirements of Companies Ordinance on financial information disclosure.
