In the Seminar on "Building and Sustaining an Effective Board" held on 21 November 2016, Ms Christine Fang, Professor of Practice, Faculty of Social Sciences of The University of Hong Kong gave an analysis on the findings of “Survey on Board-level Recruitment and Retention Strategies among Nonprofits in Hong Kong”, bringing in also a comparative perspective by sharing about the board recruitment practices in the US and the UK.
