In the fifth session of NGO Treasurers’ Club Dialogue Series themed “Reserve and Financial Sustainability” held on 27 April 2018, Mr David Samy and Ms Vivian Tse , representatives of “CPA for NGO” social responsibility programme of The Hong Kong Institute of CPAs (HKICPA), shared the definition of reserves, considerations of reserve policy and planning, and good practices.
