Accountability Functions of NGO Boards – sharing by Dr Ivan Yiu

Co-organized with GAME (Governance And Management for Excellence) for Public Benefit, session two of the Induction Workshops for NGO Directors was held on 17 March 2018. Dr Ivan Yiu, Community Services Secretary of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs), shared his insights on governance and accountability between senior management and board using examples from his experience at the TWGHs.
