Agency Governors’ Forum on Review of Lump Sum Grant Subvention System was held on 15 November 2017. Mr Cliff Choi, Business Director of HKCSS spoke on the background of the review, and presented the many opinions on the LSG subvention system and its forthcoming review of different stakeholders previously collected.
