Public Governance Guidance Note Issue 6 - Social Distancing Regulation

Upon the suggestion of our Council, The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries has issued a guidance note to help NGOs incorporated as companies understand the impacts of the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (the "Regulation") with regard to their meeting arrangements, in particular on AGM.
