The Council has partnered with GAME for Good Limited and the Centre for Civil Society and Governance of The University of Hong Kong to launch the “NGO Governance Health Programme” in 2021. The Programme provided a self-assessment tool for local NGOs to measure their board governance health and examine the strengths and areas for improvement in governance practices.
This document summarises the key findings of the aggregate data analysis, and highlights the key insights and suggests recommendations for further enhancement of governance for NGO boards in Hong Kong.
