The "Basic Filing Obligations of a Guarantee Company under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622)" has been produced by the Companies Registry and updated in September 2022 in accordance with the implementation of Phase 2 of the New Inspection Regime to be effective from 24 October 2022. It is not a comprehensive list for all filing obligations of a company under the Companies Ordinance. Organizations are advised to seek independent professional advice if in doubt.
