This guide is developed and revised with the advice of the Expert Group formed under the NGO Governance Platform Project. It introduces the essential elements in managing and overseeing the financial activities of an NGO. A sample Financial Policy Statement for smaller-sized NGO and bigger-sized NGO respectively as well as a sample Terms of Reference of Finance Committee and Audit Committee are included for NGOs' reference.
