The Online Workshop on Internal Control Policy & Practices for Small NGOs was held with success on 8 August 2020. This is the presentation deck of Mr David F. Samy, Greater China Advisory Internal Audit Leader, and Mr Joseph Chan, Advisory – Internal Audit, Manager, Ernst & Young Advisory Services Limited. The speakers highlighted the principles of internal control and four selected risks and control processes, which were included in the Internal Control Toolkit for Small Non-Governmental Organizations published by EY and the Council in June 2020.
