This toolkit, compiled and published by PwC Hong Kong, aims at facilitating the understanding and compliance of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). The toolkit highlights the six Data Protection Principles of the Ordinance and provides practical guidance on handling personal data.
