Seminar on "Compliance Requirements for Charities with Recognition of Tax Exemption Status under the Inland Revenue Ordinance" was held with success on 22 February 2019.
The presentation materials explained relevant compliance requirements for tax-exempt charities. On the review of tax exemption status of a charity, details of the review questionnaire and information that charities should provide were presented. Charities frequently asked questions on the section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance were also addressed.
