Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

In the sixth session of NGO Treasurers’ Club Dialogue Series themed “Budgets, forecasts and financial planning” held on 6 July 2018, Ms Annie Wong, representative of “CPA for NGO” social responsibility programme of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) introduced the ways of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, its linkage with the agency’s mission and the roles of the board.
