Fiduciary Duties and Legal Liabilities of NGO Directors

Co-organized with the Law Society of Hong Kong, the Seminar on “Fiduciary Duties and Legal Liabilities of NGO Directors” was held on 19 June, 2019. Ms Michelle Chow, member of the Pro Bono Committee of the Law Society, spoke on the fiduciary duties and legal liabilities of NGO Directors and suggested protective strategies to guard against potential risks and liabilities.
