The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) has published a report on "Minuting Board Meetings – Survey on Best Practices and Practical Suggestions".
This anonymous survey, which was conducted in April 2017, aimed to study the practice of minuting board meetings among HKICS members based on the summary of key points under the guidance note on 'minute taking' published by The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in September 2016.
