Diverse Governance For Empowerment:
Navigating the Governance Challenge in the Digital Era was held with success on 30 September 2025.
We were honored to welcome Ms. Ada Chung, SBS, Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, to deliver a thematic presentation on the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD)’s newly released “Guidelines for the Use of Generative AI by Employees”, presenting a framework for responsible AI implementation.
Building on the theme of AI governance, the panel discussion featured Mr. Kenny Chien, Council Chairman of Fu Hong Society; Ms. Joyce Liu, Senior Legal Counsel (Global Affairs & Research) at PCPD; and Mr. Fred Sheu, National Technology Officer at Microsoft Hong Kong. They examined strategies to enhance governance effectiveness in the evolving digital era.
