This Code is published by Equal Opportunities Commission. The code interprets important concepts in the Disability Discrimination Ordinance (DDO) in great details and provides employers in Hong Kong with practical guidance on how to prevent disability discrimination, harassment and vilification to better implement the DDO in the workplace. It also helps employees to understand their rights and responsibilities under the DDO.
