In response to the intricate nature of this field, the Council held an induction training on “Leadership Soft Skills” earlier. This initiative explored the intricacies of governance through a dual-focus lens, ensuring that both potential and emerging leaders in the sector were armed with essential hard and soft skills. The program aimed to deliver compact yet potent training, providing participants with practical insights for application within their organizations.
