Induction Training: Adaptive Intelligence – Leadership Hard Skills was held with success on 14 March 2025.

Insightful induction training is crucial for NGO governing bodies to navigate the complex landscape of governance. In response to the intricate nature of this field, the Council held an induction training on “Leadership Hard Skills” earlier. This initiative explored the intricacies of governance through a dual-focus lens, ensuring that both potential and emerging leaders in the sector were armed with essential hard and soft skills. The program aimed to deliver compact yet potent training, providing participants with practical insights for application within their organizations.

- Attain accounting knowledge to drive effective decision-making in the boardroom
