Webinar on the Competition Ordinance: How to Stay Compliance and Protect NGOs was held with success on 12 September 2024.

The Competition Ordinance is designed to promote competition and prohibit anti-competitive practices. To deepen the NGO governing bodies’ understanding of the Competition Ordinance, and strengthen their ability to comply with the Ordinance, we invited representatives of the Competition Commission to speak at this webinar. They outlined the key concepts of the Competition Ordinance and its impacts on NGOs with practical competition law case studies, enabling NGOs to take appropriate compliance measures.
