 Learning Platform on NGO Governance and Management:
Induction Program for NGO Directors | How to be a Good Director was held with success on 11 March 2024.

Board directors and committee members are critical to organizational success. They play a leading role to steer and direct the organization to serve for the mission, vision and value. This induction program aims to equip new directors and committee members to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their roles and responsibilities as NGO governors and how to fulfill them effectively.

    Dr. Davy Wu, Programme Director of MSc in Corporate Governance and Compliance, cum Associate Director (Corporate Governance) of Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy, Hong Kong Baptist University, engaged the audience with his expertise on "How to be a Good Director."  
         
    Dr. Wu imparted academic expertise on directors' role and introduced the "Nolan Principles".  
         
    Participants actively engaged in questioning, fostering a dynamic atmosphere of mutual learning.
