The Council has invited representative from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) once again to share with the sector on the compliance requirement of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). The focus of this session will be on the exemptions of the PDPO, regulations on direct marketing, procedures of handling data breach and introduction of the Privacy Impact Assessments.
