Learning Platform on NGO Governance and Management | Induction Program for NGO Directors

Event Date

Board directors and committee members are critical to organizational success. They play a leading role to steer and direct the organization to serve for the mission, vision and value. This induction workshop aims to equip new directors and committee members to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their roles and responsibilities as NGO governors and how to fulfill them effectively.

Target participants: Board and committee members of HKCSS Agency Members (Priority will be given to Board and committee members with service not more than 5 years)
