With regards to the “Review on Lump Sum Grant (LSG) Subvention System”, the Social Welfare Department (SWD) has come up with recommendations on “staff establishment”, “subvention benchmarks”, “use of LSG/PF reserve”, “pay structures”, “FSA-related activities”, “transparency and public accountability” and “participation of stakeholders”.
As these recommendations will have far reaching implications on the governance of organizations receiving LSG, the Council is going to organize the “Seminar on Review of Lump Sum Grant Subvention System for Agency Governors”. We have invited two representatives of SWD’s “Task Force for Review on Enhancement of LSG Subvention System” to share their insights with the participants.
