		At the webinar, Mr Mohan Datwani FCIS FCS (PE), Senior Director and Head of Technical and Research of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, highlighted the compliance requirements under the Companies Ordinance for NGOs' attention in organization hybrid AGM. In her presentation, Mrs April Chan, FCIS FCS, Past President and Chairman of Technical Consultation Panel of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, discussed the areas for consideration in holding a hybrid AGM.

		Ms Catharine Wong, Head of Share Registry & Issuer Services of Tricor Hong Kong, also demonstrated how voting and submitting questions could be done via a e-meeting system at a hybrid AGM.
