Ms Michelle Chow, member of the Pro Bono Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, explained the fiduciary duties and legal liabilities of NGO Directors. She reminded NGO Directors of the 3Ds: Duty of care, skill and diligence, Duty of loyalty and Duty of obedience. |

Mr Paul Lee highlighted the principles of directors’ duties in the guide published by the Companies Registry and shared a case study on conflict of interest among board members. | |
