Staying ahead in Governance: Tools for AML was held with success on 15 August 2025.
In response to the latest social developments and challenges, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), together with JSM and BNP Paribas, has jointly launched the revised edition of the "Anti-money Laundering/Counter-financing of Terrorism Due Diligence Toolkit for Hong Kong NGOs".
This event featured Mr. Terence Tung, Senior Partner and Ms. Sara Or, Partner from JSM, alongside representatives from BNP Paribas, who explained the updates and practical applications of the guidelines. Topics include leveraging the revised edition for risk assessment, strengthening institutional compliance governance, and improving internal management systems.
