In response to the intricate nature of this field, the Council will host an induction training in March. This initiative will explore the intricacies of governance through a dual-focus lens, ensuring that emerging leaders in the sector are armed with essential hard and soft skills. The program's aim is to deliver compact yet potent training, providing participants with practical insights for application within their organizations.

b) Leadership Soft Skills
