		Mr Weymond Lam spoke on the topic “Towards an efficient and effective approach to salary management for non-subvented NGOs”, about how NGO boards should look at salary management as well as policy development.

		As the Chairperson of Hong Kong Federation of Women's Centres, Dr Liliane Chan shed light on her insights gained from the agency’s salary and staffing review a few years ago.

		Dr Vivian Wong shared about the uniqueness of and the impact on human resources issues for Friends of the Earth (HK) as a green group. She believed that besides a salary, board members should also develop a close relationship with the staff to strengthen their commitment for the organization.
