In the first part of the session, Ms Christine Fang, Founding Director & Consultant of GAME, shared on the topic of “Board-management relationship”.

Former Chairman and Former CEO of Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation, Mr Benny Cheung (right) and Mr Ng Hang-sau (left) respectively, shared their experience and stories in building a strong and supportive CEO-Chair relationship contributing to the agency’s development.

In the second part of the session on “Accountibility functions of NGO boards”, Mr Benjamin Tang, Former Director of Audit, talked about the various matters that board members should be aware of during their service in an NGO.

Dr Ivan Yiu, Community Services Secretary of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs), shared his insights on governance and accountability between senior management and board using examples from his experience at the TWGHs.
