The Council and the HKSAR Government will co-host the 2nd Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES) from 22-25 November, 2018. We cordially invite board members of agency members to participate in this event.

1) GIES Opening Ceremony and Keynote Session
Date: 22 November 2018 (Thursday)
Time: 10:00am – 12:20pm (registration starts at 09:30am)
Venue: Room S221, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
Quota: 1 attendee for each board
2) GIES Guided Tour (For board members only, briefing in Cantonese)

A) 22 November 2018 (Thursday) 12:30pm – 13:15pm
B) 24 November 2018 (Saturday) 11:00am – 11:45am
C) 24 November 2018 (Saturday) 15:00pm – 15:45pm
Venue: Hall 1A&B, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
Quota: 15 ppl for each tour (first come first serve)
