Directors of Self-help Organizations’ Network I

Directors of Self-help Organizations’ Network I is the latest initiative launched by NGO Governance Platform Project in 2017. It provides a platform for solution-focused sharing and networking on governance issues, encouraging the co-creation of governance practices by board members of local rehabilitation self-help organizations.

The Network consists of six workshops, with the below themes:
11/02/2017 Roles, liabilities and ethics of the Board members
22/04/2017 Board composition and succession, Division of work (between staff and Board members and among Board members)
24/06/2017 Effective meeting, boardroom conducts and conflict management
26/08/2017 The Board’s role in fundraising & financial sustainability
04/11/2017 Branding & strategic planning
16/12/2017 Risk oversight
