Similar to the first network already formed entailing regular meetings between members, the new network will provide participants with networking and mutual learning opportunities, with an aim to foster a new support network among them.
Dr. Chan Yu, Associate Director, HKU-HKJC ExCEL3 Project is the facilitator of group discussion. The theme of session two is "Board composition and succession, Division of work (between staff and Board members and among Board members)" .
