Seminar on NGO Boards’ Governance Role in Fundraising

Nowadays, NGOs have to initiate various fundraising efforts in order to generate the needed resources to maintain financial sustainability or to meet new service demand. Without a clear understanding of accountability, code of practices and regulatory requirements on fundraising, NGO board directors may have difficulties to response to public expectation, protect the reputation and ensure the income of their agencies.

This seminar aims to assist governors to oversee risks, understand funder’s requirement on beneficiary organization’s governance, and uphold integrity in fundraising. Details of the event as below:
