Briefing session of Advisory Service programme

The Hong Kong Institute of CPAs (HKICPA) “CPAs for NGOs” programme offers a six-month Advisory Service programme to support HKCSS agency members in managing financial and risk governance. A briefing session was held on 6 September 2017 at which NGO representatives and matched Accountant Ambassadors were introduced to each other. Our guest speaker, Ms Jane Chan, Honorary Treasurer of Fu Hong Society, shared the importance of financial governance.

The Advisory Service programme covers a period of six months, during which the board members and staff of the agency and Accountant Ambassadors are to meet for at least four times.
