In the first session of NGO Treasurers’ Club Dialogue Series themed “Monitoring roles and financial responsibilities of NGO boards”, Mr Jacky Lai and Mr Arthur Chan, core team members of “CPAs for NGOs” social responsibility programme of The Hong Kong Institute of CPAs shared NGOs’ governance structure, roles, regulatory framework and the monitoring roles of the board.'
