Code of Practice on Employment under the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance

This Code of Practice is issued by the Equal Opportunities Commission in accordance with the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance. The Code is designed to help employees, their colleagues, employers and other concerned parties to understand their responsibilities under the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance, and gives protection to employees who have responsibility for the care of an immediate family member to engage in employment without being subjected to discrimination.
